POSTAL INFORMATION:
Veterans have 120 days from date of discharge to request to take the postal exam. The exam must have been given during time served on active duty.
Contact any Post Office and ask for PS Form 2479-a. Take a copy of your DD-214 and have the Post Office submit them to Milwaukee. You will then be contacted and told when and where to take the postal exam.
Have you visited your County Veteran Service Office (CVSO) lately? You should because new State and Federal veteran legislation has been passed that affects education and other grant programs.
Check here to find your CVSO.
